The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped and tastefully furnished to match the Art Nouveau building. We have paid special attention to the beds, because you can enjoy your stay only if you start the day well rested. In the kitchen everything is then ready for an aromatic cup of coffee. After a long eventful day you can end the evening comfortably in the apartment with Wifi and TV connection.

The apartment has 2 large rooms + kitchen + bathroom + hall. In the main room there is a double bed (180cm), and in the adjoining room a large single bed (120cm). Both rooms are equipped with TV and have further seating to linger. The kitchen-cum-living room has a seating area and fitted kitchen (incl. hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as basic kitchen utensils). The adjoining room is reached through the main room.

Built in 1904 according to the Art Nouveau style, the former municipal building with high dwarf gables flanked by oriels and turrets is a designated monument in Erfurt. The apartment is located on the edge of Erfurt's old town, which is one of the largest ensembles of monuments in Germany. The exceptionally large and largely preserved old town invites you to stroll and marvel. In addition to the Cathedral Square, the Krämer Bridge, and the Petersberg Citadel, Erfurt has many other attractions to offer in the historic center - and all of this is in the immediate vicinity of the house. Public transport (bus and streetcar) as well as popular restaurants, bars and clubs are within walking distance.

The residential area is characterized by quiet and neighborly consideration for a relaxed stay in the lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment. All popular sights are only a stone's throw away - the perfect starting point for a great stay in Erfurt. Directly opposite the apartments is the famous Venice Park, with its widely branching arms of the river Gera.

Kurzer aber schöner Aufenthalt

Also wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war einwandfrei, die Lage absolut Top und auch in der Ferienwohnung war fast alles Klasse. Nett waren die vielen Kleinigkeiten wie vorhandener Kaffee mit Filtern, Seife, Spülmaschinentabs usw. Ja man kann nicht direkt davor parken aber schräg gegenüber in der Straße hat man immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. Lediglich das WLAN war in Wohnung Nr. 5 nicht optimal, es ging und dann auch mal wieder nicht. Des Weiteren ist die Anordnung der Spüle in der Küche nicht so toll aber wohl auch nicht anders möglich. Da es ja eine Spülmaschine gab, war dies aber auch nicht wirklich ein Problem. Zum optimalen schlafen sollte man tatsächlich aber die Fenster schließen weil die Straße gut befahren ist. Das sind insgesamt aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Wir würden definitiv wieder die Wohnung buchen, sollten wir nochmal nach Erfurt kommen.

Erfurt- hier gibt es viel zu erleben.

Unser Aufendhalt war sehr schön. Unsere Erwartungen von Erfurt wurden übertroffen. Viele kleine Gassen mit Einkehrmöglichkeiten,unzählige Wasserläufe der Gera und eine Vielzahl von Kirchen und Klöstern. Dazu noch der Dom,der Petersberg,der egapark und der Zoopark. Unsere Woche war voll ,aber wir haben alles gesehen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Nur das Konzept der Küche sollte nochmal überdacht werden. Über ein paar Weingläser hätten wir uns sehr gefreut.Lg an das Team Venedig, wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Erfurt.

Ferien in Erfurt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, neben an ist ein Gertänktemarkt, ca10 min zu Fuss sind bei Edeka. Ein Spaziergang an der Gera ,20 min, und sie sind in einer sehr schöner, gut erhaltener Altstadt . Wer in der Ferienwohnung nicht kochen will ,empfehle ich vorzeitig einen Tisch zu reservieren. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sauber , trotz dem das sie an einer stark befshrener Strasse liegt , war es Nachts sehr ruhig..

Es hat uns in der Wohnung gut gefallen

Ja, es hat uns in der Ferienwohnung gut gefallen, ein Erwachsener und zwei Kinder. Die Wohnung war im Erdgeschoss, gut zu erreichen, das Parken war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für die Selbstversorgung früh und abends war die Küche gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Spüle in der Küche war ungewöhnlich angeordnet, das behinderte etwas. Der Internetzugang war leider nur befriedigend. Ansonsten gab es in der Wohnung selbst keine Beanstandungen. Leider mussten die Fenster geschlossen bleiben, da es ziemlichen Lärm auf der vielbefahrenen Straße gab.

Gutes Objekt aber nicht vollständig eingerichtet

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Schöne Terrasse, wobei uns der Schlüssel fehlte. Durch Nachbarn kamen wir darauf. Die Vermieter waren bis zum Mittag des nächsten Tages nicht erreichar. Am nächsten Tag haben sie den Schlüssel gebracht. Die Qualität der Betten war gut. Die Küche war nicht vollständig eingerichtet. Auf Nachfrage wurden noch Sachen gebracht. Die Spülmaschine war die ganze Zeit defekt. Die Heizung ging. Die Dusche war gut. Die Einrichtung war neuwertig und schön.

Sehr freundlich

Freundliche, modern gestaltete und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Gefrühstückt haben wir meistens auf der großzügigen Terrasse im 1. OG. Den Küchentisch in der dunklen Diele fanden wir nicht so einladend. Wegen des Verkehrs auf der vielbefahrenen Schlüterstraße war es angenehmer die Fenster nachts geschlossen zu halten. Jeden Morgen sind wir durch Parkanlagen an der Gera entlang in die Stadt spaziert. Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen.

Toller Kurzurlaub zentrumsnah von Erfurt

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung in einer super Lage. Es ist alles vorhanden in der Wohnung, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben plus liebevollem Willkommensgruß. Man kann zu Fuß zum Domplatz gehen und hat alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in der Nähe. Auch ein Bäcker, der Sonntags geöffnet hat befindet sich in der Nähe. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Nach Buchung kam keine genaue Wohnanschrift und leider hat man diese erst 3 Tage vorher bekommen.

Wohnung und auch Lage war gut, nur leider gab es mit den Fernseher einige Probleme. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
