#1 The room was dirty and the building was even worse, looks like a construction site. #2 there are no utensils or gas in the kitchen, it is not functional. #3 there where no blankets for the bed and the personnel can’t help with anything. #4 at night the room is full with mosquitoes even if all doors and windows are closed.

The pool is not big enough,they have any entertainment or activities to do on site as mentioned. Staff are rude they don’t clean the rooms you have to ask and sometimes they don’t. Very disappointed in the hotel 1 star or less from us. Uk England

The description of this hotel on Orbitz needs to be updated. Let’s be honest here. This is not a resort. The pool and surrounding areas is filthy. There was signage all over the hotel indicating it was a “resort” abd I kept asking myself “how is this possible”? The hotel is no where close to the beach so the photos on Orbitz were misleading. The views from the hotel were disappointing from room 505 showed old buildings that were not completed. I ordered a room for 4 adults but we were given a room with a queen size bed. Myself and a friend had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed. We were given the option to change rooms but the new room had no accessibility whatsoever. The breakfast was laughable. You were given an omelette which was nice but you had no options for breakfast. They gave you a few olives, pieces of cheese and tomatoes and that was it. I chose not to eat. I won’t return

Das Hotel hat wohl schon bessere Zeiten gesehen...schade. ein Resort ist es definitiv nicht, unsere Zimmer hatte trotzdem einen "wow" Effekt: über zwei Etagen, große Fensterfront. Allerdings war die Küche nur Dekoration, alle Schränke leer, der Herd nicht angeschlossen. Das war ärgerlich, denn wir hatten damit gerechnet, kochen zu können. Trotzdem waren wir zufrieden, denn bei diesem Preis hatten wir auch keinen Luxus erwartet.

Konakladığım üç gün içinde sürekli yangın alarmı çaldı, sözde odada sigara içen biri varmış da yalan dolan, konuştuk dediler ee para verdim odada sigara içmicem mi demiş ki doğruysa neden çıkışını yapmadılar onuda anlamış değilim, onu geçtim gece 02:30 resepsiyon arayıp rahasız etti son günümde de rahat bir uyku uyuyamadık. Otelin işletmecisi yeni isim değişmişler ama herşey olduğu gibi, restoranları çok kirli ve toz duman içinde idi, kimseye tafsiye etmiyorum sakın bir kuruş vermeyin pişman olursunuz

Çok kötü bir deneyim

Fazlaca detay vermeye gerek yok kaldığımız kısa vakitte böcek ve sineklerle uğraştık. Duvarlardaki ölü böceklerin izlerini silmeye tenezzül bile etmemişler. Saç kurutma makinesi çalışmıyordu . Klimanın sıcak ayarı çalışmıyordu bu mevsimlerde geceleri soğuk oluyor bunun düşünülmemesi tuhaf. Havlular temiz değildi. Bu sebeplerden gece 2 de oteli terketmek zorunda kaldık. Maalesef gitmeden önce yorumları okumamanın bedelini ödedik.
