The Lebanese restaurant food was very good but when I asked for waiter for water he insisted there was only bottled water yet he brought 2 pitchers of water to the table next to me. "

"I stayed there with my family. The hotel was clean. The location is great. It’s in the center of everything. It’s a walking distance to the basilica, Buda castle , parliment , synagogue and liberty square . The staff was super nice. Great customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. The concierge gentleman was so helpful. He made reservations for us. Helped us with our itinerary. We loved Budapest and loved this hotel would stay there again "
