The breakfast area was spectacular, offering fresh, delicious options each morning. And surprisingly, the American coffee was the best we had during our entire trip through Italy! It’s the ideal place to disconnect, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Puglia in a serene setting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, stylish countryside escape."

"The hotel Barsotti has an excellent location in the old town to walk and see most of the local attractions. The staff is super friendly and very helpful in providing dining recommendations and other tips. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk to the hotel. At the train station, there is also a bus stop for a bus directly to the airport. I would definitely stay here again."

"First time booking this type of accommodation, turns out it’s a great choice. Returning to this peaceful spot after a day touring is just good for the soul. The rooms are spacious, spotless, great beds with quality bedding, lots of toiletries and a welcome bottle of wine. You will need a car as it’s out of the way, but well worth the drive from Laverano. Breakfast was adequate and a great cup of coffee. Staff are outstanding and room cleaned every day. Cannot go wrong here. We loved our stay."
