"The stay we fine but I forgot something in my room and when I contacted the hotel afterwards they told me they found nothing. I do not feel comfortable staying in a hotel and I cannot trust staff with access to my room. Will not stay there again"

The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t cooling properly, which made it a bit warm. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful—I just wish we could have stayed longer."

"Fantastic location on the Piazza Novembre and harbour, just steps from the Torre Apponale, MAG Museum, Bastione di Riva, historic Hydroelectric plant and ferries. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were small, but recently renovated - clean and comfortable with new bathrooms and mini fridges. "

"Wonderful hotel in the heart of Riva Del Garda. Close to everything. We really enjoyed the included breakfast every morning. The only inconvenience is that there is no onsite parking and we had to find offsite garage which was difficult at times because it is peak season with lots of visitors!! "
