Villa in 2 Acres: Large Heated Private Pool; 360 deg. Stunning Views; Free WIFI

"The villa was lovely with outstanding views and an excellent heated pool. It is remote but we enjoyed that and found plenty to do nearby, drove further up into the mountains to look at the lakes and villages, drove to Lucca for the day which was amazing and parked right outside the walls, went to Equi Terme the caves were closed but the village is quirky and we could still walk right up to the cave entrance. Spent quite a lot of time just at the villa enjoying the views and the pool. All the bedrooms had a fan which was much appreciated in the heat and a well equipped kitchen for cooking and eating outside. Ate inside one evening due to a thunderstorm and as a previous review said it is a little cramped for a family of 5 but nothing to worry about. Track upto the villa is steep but again nothing to worry about for the average driver. The views make up for the effort as they are truly incredible. Would love to return."

"Ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Objekt mit viel Platz, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Tolles Konzept mit Liebe zum Detail und ganz viel Wohlfühlfaktor.Die eine oder andere Ecke hätte etwas sauberer sein können, auch wenn uns klar ist, dass das bei der Objektgröße und der Anzahl an Geschirr schwierig ist. Das hat für uns den tollen Gesamteindruck auch nicht geschmälert. Zumal die Übergabe am Ende sehr unkompliziert und kulant war.Wir würden sofort wieder hinreisen!"

"Het was een prachtige villa voor 8 personen. Heel ruim, schoon en alle ruimten mooi opgeknapt. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en de keuken goed voorzien van alle benodigdheden.De omgeving is prachtig, groene bergen vanuit elke hoek van het huis te zien, mooie grote buitenruimte om het huis en heerlijke rust. Het zwembad is ruim, schoon en prettig met kinderen (omheind en met hek). Op korte afstand zijn wat mooie dorpjes en heerlijke restaurants. De eigenaar Fabio en zijn vrouw zijn een geweldige gastheer en -vrouw. Zij hebben ons verblijf extra prettig gemaakt. Wij hebben een heerlijk ontspannen vakantie gehad."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the house from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Everything was exactly as we had hoped for—and even better. The hosts were easy to reach and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests.We were a large family of 13 people, ranging in age from 8 to 75, and the house was perfect for all of us. It is a beautiful and peaceful place with breathtaking views. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The garden, swimming pool, and outdoor areas were simply fantastic.I will recomend you to have a car. Great location in an acceptable distance to the sea Lerici/La Spezia, Lucca, Barga, Pisa & Cinque Terre. Nearby the house the village is very cozy, beautiful church, lake Gramolazzo and local restaurants.I would highly recommend this plase and would be delighted to return in the future."
