"Pas banal !!! Vous arrivez dans l'hôtel ouvert à tout vent, avec une pancarte qui vous dit que la personne a du s'absenter. Il y a des numéros de tel a appeler en cas de besoin et personne nous vous répond. Vous arrivez à joindre une dame qui ne travaille plus là car elle est, maintenant ,le traiteur ..."
