"the house itself was cosy and clean, but in contradiction to the description, no private parking in the property and no access to the garden were allowed. There's also no WIFI available and the 4G signal is really poor."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à trois couples accompagnés de quatre enfants, dont deux bébés. La maison est parfaitement adaptée aux familles avec enfants et dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire. La cuisine est très bien aménagée, et l’espace de vie, spacieux et joliment décoré, est vraiment agréable. La communication avec la propriétaire a été fluide, et nous avons eu droit à une belle surprise à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"

"This is a charming property with great potential for larger groups and ideally located. However, the property unfortunately isn't treated as it deserves to be. It lacks central heating and the two bathrooms date back to the 1960's. The kitchen is well equipped and matrasses are all new, the living room is very very basic. The garden isn't well kept either with bushes obstructing the sea view. We nonetheless had a great time, but won't be returning."

"A notre arrivée 17 Degrés ds la maison. Impossible d'utiliser le salon de jardin. Les coussins trempés. Une fois ds la maison, four sale. Grille pain en panne. Le faitout pour 8 personnes ne fonctionne pas sur les plaques. Lavabo bouché dans la salle de bain RDC. Personne ne s'est déplacé malgré nos appels. Le lit bébé sans drap housse et pas de chaise haute pour le bébé. Gros problème avec la chaudière. Le seul plus est l'accès direct sur la plage. Très déçus par rapport au prix excessif."

"Hôte ponctuelle, serviable et à l’écoute. Nous sommes venus avec un groupe de personnes en situation de handicap et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Prestations d’excellente qualité, calme et agréables pour accueillir un grand collectif."

"Maison de famille très agréable dans une station balnéaire, de charme, l'accessibilité de la plage à pied est un gros atout.On y trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants : jeux de société, jeux d'extérieur y compris pour la plage, table de ping-pong..."

"Quiet situation. The house is on quite a narrow impasse and the gate is not enormous. Anyone with a car larger than ours (Skoda Yeti 1m 75 cm wide) could find it a bit tight getting in and out. There are some parking spaces round the corner. All contact was with the concierge, timely and professional. The sea-facing terrace also faces north and can be bracing, but the one overlooking the garden is quite a sun-trap, and sheltered. There is adequate shopping in Asnelles with a small Carrefour...

"Very spacious with lots of amenities a very well stocked kitchen with utensils and gadgets. Excellent location just off the N13 for exploring the area, easy access to Bayeux. "

"This was a delightfully comfortable stay in a classic family home. It honestly was so sweet and the backyard was a delight. We even got to cook out. The town of Houlgate is so charming and walkable. Make sure to visit the mid week market that is one block down from this home. Renting a bike from the local business gave more reach to our wanderings and the sunsets over the beach are amazing. This stay was a delight and Sophie was wonderful and so accommodating."

Cette villa offre un charme incroyable du à son architecture et à sa décoration moderne se mariant à l'ancien avec un gout certain reflétant les passions de ses propriétaires. Nous avons vraiment eu l'impression d'être chez nous dans cette maison de famille, Les jeunes - et moins jeunes - ont apprécié les parties de ping-pong dans la dépendance ! Concierge efficace à notre arrivée et à notre départ....

"le jardin et le barbecue excellent! Cuisine propre avec tout, belle cheminée.Le plafond en haut est plutôt pour les gens pas trop grands. Si vous avez le sommeil fragile, descendre de l'escalier pour aller au toilette fait le bruit.Je refais ce voyage. "
