"I liked that the room was very equipped, everything in excellent state. Good taste in design. I only noticed that the room seems to trap moisture, I wish it felt more dry. Besides the air conditioning, I believe the room should have a dehumidifying system. Oh, and I would also add having a full top to bottom mirror… that would make the room top-notch."

"Very small room. The queen bed was right against 3 walls so the person sleeping next to the wall had to climb over the other person to get out of bed. The bed only had a heavy comforter on it, no top sheet. The air conditioning could only be turned down so far and the room was warm so we had to sleep without any cover on at all. No closet, just a few hooks on the wall. For seating there is just one small stool for the desk that we had use for a nightstand since there isn’t one."

One day I had to walk up the stairs with the manager and another couple who were just checking in. 5 flights-ridiculous! I love the location and the brand but they need to do better-technology is great-when it works!!!!"
