"Property is well located, close to many sites, restaurants, the Thames, etc. Stayed in the past at citizenM in Paris and our stay there was much more enjoyable. We expected the room to be small but the unique configuration of ours ( Room #807) seemed even less spacious. The dining options and food layout seemed less well done than Paris. The rooms needed to supply wash clothes and the charging port only worked from one USB port - very inconvenient. Facility otherwise was clean and well kept...
