"Very clean, modern and comfortable. The nice touches they do with the infused water, specialty signature drink and the rooftop deck is a huge plus. This is my favorite hotel in Portsmouth. My only problem with this last stay is the “harbor view” rooms are no long harbor view. They are of new condos blocking any view from the hotel except maybe on the top floor. This should be updated by the hotel booking options because I paid extra for a harbor view room and did not get a view at all! However, the location of this hotel is fantastic. Far enough from the city center to not have any noise but walkable to downtown or harbor front."
