"Good shower. Comfy bed. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Lovely outdoor areas but weather a bit cool and windy at times to take advantage (pool very cold). Only disappointment was that, out of season and with the hotel evidently a long way from full, we did not get offered an upgrade and also got a room with limited view near noisy areas "

"Hotel was lovely. The welcome on arrival was great. Room was nice although booked a twin and got a double so had to get that changed (cleaning staff not helpful so had to ring reception). The hotel has a nice pool area and the indoor pool was great for when it was raining. Staff were friendly. Good location as you can walk along the front to the harbour or get a bus. Big downside of this hotel is the quality of all inclusive drinks and food. It’s all the cheap (not local) products. Not even local beers (Keo, Leon) are included. For those you need to have the premium wrist band. The all inclusive spirits are like paint stripper. Food ok but not amazing considering the price. "

"Very friendly staff, comfortable clean room, liked the added extras, like fruit and water. Didn't try outdoor pool as weather was still a bit cold, indoor pool nice but small. Beautiful views and good location on the beach walk, 20 mins to town centre. Hotel shop was one of the best, with reasonable prices (although the wine was awful!). Breakfast buffet was exceptionally good, loads of variety and good quality. Rooftop bar not open, maybe due to being out of season. We really enjoyed our stay."
