Climatisation défaillante. A priori déjà notifié dans les avis récents sur Google ou hôtels.com mais aucune écoute de la part de l’équipe !! Qui a voulu nous faire croire à un pb ponctuel et isoler sauf que… nos enfants ont eu le même problème dans une autre aile de l’hôtel. Ne mérite pas d’être en franchise ibis

Dormir au milieu des travaux, une expérience !

2j avant j'ai lu des avis récents disant que l'hôtel était en travaux et que les chambres non rénovées étaient dans un sale état. N'étant pas informée de ces travaux je me suis renseignée. Il m'a été répondu que je ne serais pas dérangée par le bruit vu que c'était en journée. J'ai donc demandé une chambre rénovée, que nous avons eue. Chambre correcte, douche très bien, pdj vraiment pas mal, lits pas confortables du tout a cause de matelas très fins et mous, en tout et pour tout 2 serviettes de douches fines et loin d'être neuves, il restait des choses dans la poubelle en arrivant. On a l'impression de dormir à un étage fermé pour travaux : des tas de sacs de ragréage a côté de notre porte, le sol brut...Mais le comble : les ouvriers qui commencent a discuter a 7h du matin juste derrière notre porte comme si l'hôtel était vide de clients. Franchement pas correct, (et aucune information évidemment sur ces travaux pour que je n'annule pas ma venue). Dommage la touche d'ajout de photos ne fonctionne pas sur l'appli !

Etape de route, avons découvert un beau cente-ville et profité d'un dîner au calme au restaurant de l'hôtel. Personnel très sympathique! Et le petit-déjeuner a très bien achevé ce court séjour.

La chambre est petite et le sol très mal rénové, dommage, il y avait un trou dans le mur mal rénové également. Le personnel est bien et le petit déjeuner est très correct, l'hôtel est très bien situé.

Leuk hotel aan de Moezel tegen een redelijke prijs, dus voor een overnachting een prima keuze. Jammer dat er geen resturant meer bediend wordt, de oorzaak hiervan is dat de meeste gasten in het centrum gaan eten omdat het vlak bij ligt.

La propreté de la salle de bain était passable. Des cheveux et des poils au plafond et sur les murs. De plus nous avons oublié un sweat shirt dans la chambre et quand j'ai appelé pour demander si il avait été retrouvé on m'a dit qu'il n'était pas dans la chambre alors que nous sommes sûrs qu'il y était. Sinon très bon confort et très bon accueil

Dommage, pour un 3 étoiles...

Dommage pour un 3 étoiles que la douche ne fonctionne pas. Il a fallu recourir aux bons soins d'une dame pour faire fonctionner le levier bain/ douche qui était bloqué. Dommage pour un 3 étoiles qu'il n'y ait pas un réfrigérateur dans la chambre pour prendre une boisson fraîche ou conserver un médicament au frais.

FUYEZ !

Hôtel plus que bas de gamme alors qu’une nuit coûte tout de même 70€minimum ! Porte qui grince et claque, ménage à se demander si il a était fait vu la poussière et les toiles d’araignée, baignoire ou plutôt Bassine d’eau salle, chauffage mis au maximum donc intenable (un vrai sauna) et climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas donc impossible de refroidir la chambre ce qui est inadmissible avec un bébé de 6mois. Accueil déplorable. Et j’en passe… la liste est tellement longue que je vais m’arrêter là.
