Bad experience!

I booked this hotel for one night so we could stop over during our trip back home. When i noticed a mistake in my booking ( date ) i immediately contacted the hotel to change the date since we where already on our way to the hotel. Unfortunattely they where not able to help us and the only option they offered me was to do a completely new booking. Due to the lack of support we had to drive trough the night together with our 2 children. I understand it's a budget hotel but you would still expect some level of humanity and customer support.

Pas de brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes, pas de placard ni de table pour poser les valises ou ranger les habits. Alarme incendie déclenchée à 8h avec coupure générale d’électricité. Pas de lumière dans la salle de bain et toilettes. sans aucune information et geste commerciale pour un hôtel qui a brûlé il y a peu….

Ganz neu

Wie uns gesagt wurde, ist das Hotel ganz frisch eröffnet worden. Dennoch hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Ein Gummischaber im Bad hätte ich begrüsst, das sich Dusche mit Toilette und Lavabo im selben Raum, ohne Abtrennung befindet. Somit kann es nach dem Duschen nasse Socken geben. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein super leckeres Restaurant poivre noir für das Abendessen.
