Close to everything, it was clean for the price point, owners are teying to make this a better place to stay, new paint new parking lot new landscape. the owner is very eager to satisfy all our needs and encourages feedback to make it a great motel in the area to stay at.

Good value per dollar

It wasn't particularly great, but I've been in worse. You get what you pay for, and it is the cheapest night in Ephrata. But it did great for that. Guys at the desk are helpful. It is a solid value per dollar and I will be going back next time.

Bleak and run down. No fan in bathroom. TV worked intermittently. No coffee maker. One thin blanket on each bed. We had the room for two nights but only stayed for one. I'll try a different place next time.

The room was very outdated. However, the worst part of it was that it was just a very dirty room like nobody had ever cleaned in there at all. Everything was covered in a sticky dusty film. A cleaning of all the surfaces, the mini fridge, the bathroom surfaces, the shower and the baseboards would’ve made the room decent. It was very very dirty.

Absolute dump, filthy, no ice machine, sink had a post it note in it saying it didn’t work, it was correct. Windows didn’t lock. Fire alarms had dead batteries. Will notify fire chief tomorrow (it’s memorial day today), pretty sure it’s a money laundering operation, they don’t seem to want guests.

Place was disgustingly dirty! We had a double queen room and my friends pillow had earwax on it, my sheets had hair in them and were not washed. The shower was full of hair and had used soap in it. Floor hadn’t been mopped in weeks . . . It was filthy and sticky! Never again!!! Oh but they were proud to offer NETFLIX on the TV!🤔 Priorities are a bit screwy!!!
