"Nice hotel in the middle and lovely part of Reims with a reasonable underground car park outside the front door. Reasonably priced. Nice room. Would be happy to go back. The person on the front desk was particularly unhelpful. We arrived at 12pm, before check in time 3pm having travelled overnight to get there. Our experience in the UK is that if you arrive early hotels accept you asking if you can get in, and they will typically check the room is available, if there isn’t they will let you know and you accept you need to wait. This person didn’t check, just said we can’t check in. We went back at two just to check again, and again the person didn’t check and just said no. Literally could not have cared less. Just poor, computer says no, customer service."

"LOCATION WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE CATHEDRAL. NEW BUILDING, ACROSS FROM THE HYATT. THEY HAD AN ELEVATOR OUTSIDE IF NEEDED. THEY HAVE A GREAT POOL. THEY HAD CANDIES AND WATER NEAR THE FRONT DESK.' GREAT DISPLAY OF CHAMPAGNES. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. FRESH BAKERY, FRUIT, LOX, DID NOT HAVE EGGS. PLENTY OF ROOM. GREAT COFFEE. ALL WAS GOOD. ROOM HAD A BATHROBE AND SLIPPERS. THE BAR WAS GREAT, DRANK A BEE R ON THE OUTDOOR PATIO. RESTAURANT WAS CONVENIENT, NICE HAMBURGERS, I ATE A FISH DISH. VERY GOOD. HELP WAS COURTEOUS. LISE POIRIER"

"Very convenient location, walking distance to many restaurants and Champagne ave. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good size room with ample storage, mini fridge and nice shower. Would stay there again. We felt it was a good value."

"This is an excellent hotel in Champagne which we also used as a great stopover on our family road-trip to Lake Annecy. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms had great views of the vineyards. The spa and pool facilities were also very good although the area does get busy during peak hours as does the car park. The main hotel restaurant is lovely with great staff also and the daily breakfast is to a good standard. Overall, amazing hotel! My only other feedback would be that during our first stopover, there were no staff available during our checkout to help with luggage which for a party of 6 with multiple suitcases can get tedious and ideally, there should be this service at a 5* hotel. The gentleman at the desk refused to help since he had to “man the desk” (with nobody there since it was 7am anyway). We will definitely return though since overall, I would highly recommend this hotel."
