"The staff was busy talking to someone else as they were checking me in. They gave me no information whatsoever. Had to ask many questions afterwards and interrupt them talking to their friend. It was rather unprofessional. I will say for a hotel that looks like it needs a complete makeover, It was very clean."

"Staff were nice and room’s were clean overall but some of the amenities weren’t working like ice machine on our floor, our TV, and Wi-Fi was spotty too. For waters or bottled drinks, there aren’t any vending machines on the room floors so you have to ask for them at the front desk. It’s located in a convenient spot in downtown Tacoma with the T-line station and bus stations being very walkable."

"Good location for an overnight stop before a cruise. Was able to check in when I arrived at 1 pm. There is no room service, but very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. Friendly service. I would stay there again."
