"Very warm welcoming, room was clean throughout, very good size with everything you need. The arm chairs by the window, sleepers and dressing gowns is a wonderful thought from the team towards the guests, not many hosts think about these fine details that makes a huge difference to the guests, specially after a long drive. Breakfast was delightful, a good choice of fruit, cereals, yogurt. Presentation was 5stars. Nothing appears to be too much for staff. On our way out, staff went a bit further...

"The hotel was a great experience, the room was clean and tidy with the staff being friendly. The breakfast was better than any of the ones we had in the town with local sausages and attentive service. Don’t forget to try a little of the salt rub in the main lounge, not sure if it’s home made or bought in but my skin felt incredible after. Would highly recommend."

"We arrived after a long uphill walk from center of Bath. 4:30pm, no one home! If your phone is out of juice, you are out of luck to enter with the code they have sent you. Fortunately we were saved by exiting guests. Room 12 quite small, some road noise, mostly obscured by summer time need for fan."
