"We rented this property after looking at several others for a combined bachelorette/bachelor party for our group of 11. This house was wonderful! There was more than enough room to accommodate our group. The area where it was located was very peaceful and beautiful. The outdoor deck/patio area and fire pit were our favorite from our stay! We would definitely recommend this house to others."

"Everything about the stay was great. The house was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and their was plenty of space to spread out and relax. The deck and backyard were very nice too. Dave, the property owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. It's a short walk to the water, and a short drive to the marina/main body lake. The property is also nice and private/quiet. Definitely a great time! "

"We enjoyed a peaceful and quiet three night stay where we enjoyed a bit of fishing, walking and driving some of the back roads - and sitting by the river in the evening! The property was very clean, well outfitted and comfortable. Communication with Guy before our stay and at arrival was excellent. We were happy with our selection of this property and would not hesitate to book again if we return to the area."

"This was a great property that fit our needs. We loved the house and may have to return under better circumstances instead of a funeral. The host was gracious enough to allow us to have the 2 dogs of which we were very thankful for. Even though there was no air conditioning, there were plenty of fans throughput the house. That deck was also very pleasant to sit on with those great tall trees for shade"

"This is our 6th summer staying here. Our kids and grandkids join my husband and me. A very relaxing property, yet close enough to Seven Points beach area and Raystown Resort for the water park. We can’t say enough about how nice this place is! Hoping to go for many more years."

"A group of teens gathered to get ready for their school social. They had a blast at the property and took pictures with all of the unique/fabulous decor in their social dresses! It was quite perfect for our needs, as it easily accommodated sleeping for 6; the girls cuddled up in the plethora of blankets on the couches and played games/talked all night long!
