"Booked an evening meal with the hotel on line, but discovered that it was not open that evening. Recommended local restaurant within 8 mins walk was excellent. Breakfast mean - no fresh rolls and little choice. Guess we were out of season! Word of warning: depending on your direction of travel to this hotel, Mont Blanc Tunnel is completely closed from 2 September-16 December 2024. Ultra convenient for Mont Blanc ski lift. "

"My daughter & I enjoyed the clean room & plentiful self serve breakfast! We were hiking the TMB which they knew nothing about ( or there was a language barrier), so don’t expect any answers re: the trail or luggage transfers. There were many farm animals and dogs around, so you have to be comfortable with seeing dogs playing around and even pigs in the lobby!"

"Beautiful place. Absolutely gorgeous interiors and the scenery is breathtaking too. The food and service at the restaurant are also very good. My only complaint was not having an air conditioner in the room as it got very hot when we were there. Apparently some rooms do have A/C but the hotel was fully booked so they could not transfer us to another room. However, the staff did everything that they can to make us comfortable. They gave us not one but two fans to use in the room which helped...

"We were pleasantly surprised to see the bus from Chamonix stop right in front of the hotel. The manager who checked us in was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The price for the breakfast buffet was the most reasonable of our trip, and while we did not have dinner in the restaurant, it did smell good and was busy. There is a market nearby and the main part of town is just a 20 minute walk away, where the official start of the TMB, the Tour du Mont Blanc is. The staff was accommodating and...
