"We loved it! Coming from Canada I was worried but it was all fantastic! The pool and gardens were perfect! Lots of room in the house. We spent most of the time outside but we did use the oven and stove regularly. We would love to come back again. Hosts were very friendly, we called on her more than once for a few small things, like needles for slivers. Felt very safe, close to Salerne for groceries. Thank you Michelle and Bernadette!"

"My favorite stay! This little house is absolutely beautiful! The outdoor area is so spectacular and peaceful. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The village is a few miles down the road and has several restaurants and grocery. I really didn’t want to check out!! I cannot wait to return next year!! Michelle is a wonder host!!"

"Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Carcès. La propriété en pierres se trouve proche du chemin de randonnée qui mène aux cascades et au lac de Carcès. On y retrouve un peu de fraîcheur. "Just sitting at the airport very disappointed to be going home from what was a lovely place to stay near Barjols. Maison Genet feels like a home rather than a rental with way more little extras than you would normally get. Paella outdoor burner, great BBQ, telescope and a huge library of information on the region! Maison Genet is perfectly placed just outside Barjols and is very quiet. The pool is lovely and so is the outdoor seating area. One tip - electric boat hire from Quinson to travel up...
