"Due to the fact that I had three reservations because I really love to stay in this place I have added two other reviews and now when I emphasize about the place is fantastic and I want to really emphasize on the staff. The reception was amazing.. The staff mainlyEngla, Clara, Emma, different days stay where extremely courteous not only with me, but what I have served they were really amazing. Breakfast is really good. The restaurant is excellent. The location you can be at a few steps from the metro that can communicate to everywhere in the city. I truly truly recommend this place"

"Flew on to Arlanda one morning and flew out the next day. The hotel is only steps away from the Arlanda Express (and the main train station). I was able to check in early to my room and receive a packaged breakfast for my early departure the next day. The room was small but great, and the bed was comfortable."

"This is a great hotel. Impeccably kept, fantastic location, great breakfast and the room with its own sauna was superlative. "

"We loved our stay at this hotel! We lucked out with a top floor (10th) room with beautiful views over the park. Room was spacious and clean, and the AC worked really well. The lobby can get a bit hectic at check-in times, but they have a self check-in which helped. Gym was excellent but you do have to pay for the pool and sauna (345 kr for memory). Breakfast was busy but pretty solid. They don't mix it up so might get a little boring if you're staying there over 2-3 days. Location is very central close to everything with the main station 10 mins by foot. Overall a great stay at a great hotel!"

"We had a lovely stay. We appreciated the chance for early check in. Our room was comfortable. Location was excellent. Housekeepers were fast with cleaning the room. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. We used the spa and that was lovely. The only minor complaint is that it would have been nice to have drawers for our clothing. There were only a couple of hooks with hangers."

"Nice and large hotel in the middle of Stockholm downtown and near the pedestrian area shopping, and walkable to the Gamla Stan Old Town 👍 Rooms are very clean and modern. A/C control is centralized. Rooms lack a dresser with drawers to unpack your clothes. Very good breakfast buffet with nice service staff. Front desk has typically 2-3 friendly and helpful attendants, but it gets very busy during the peak check-in hours. There is a good restaurant and bar on the premises."

"Check in experience with the front desk was welcoming and genuine, had a one night stay but was delighted by the experience. Nice clean and well appointed room, perfect firmness mattress and big spaced bathroom. Will come back again for future stockhom trips! "
