I would suggest you bring a small shovel to clean out he ashes in the fire pit as it was full. The only thing I would suggest to the owner is I would clean the grates in the grill and grease them. The owner was very pleasant and helpful as we got turned around a couple times getting to the house but once we got our bearings together and with assistance from Nancy we found it.
