"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

"Extremely quiet area, very comfortable bed. The bathroom door is made of glass with no privacy which is a little weird, a small curtain would be an easy adition.Bread and viennoiserie for breakfast seemed day old, but having a kitchen with a microwave and toaster helped. The owners had shared they wouldn't be available in the morning for personal reasons it was nice to be able to make more coffee ourselves."

"This is definitely the best bed and breakfast experience I have had throughout my decades of travel. In fact, the continental breakfast is far better than any of the 5-star hotels I have stayed in all over Europe. The room is as good as any 4-star hotels. It is an ideal getaway for anybody who needs to find refuge after an extended stay in Paris. The owner-operator will ensure that you get a well-earned rest."

"The good: -The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean. -The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station. -Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves. The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. "I loved the area. Very vibrant but quiet enough. We had a small studio, but we already knew it would be. It was clean and cozy. The only issue we had was with the shower. It was very tight and the shower leaked a lot to the floor. I'm sure is an easy fix. Everything else was great and really worked for our needs!"
