"Das Steinhaus in Kotten is excellent in every way. Comfortable, tastefully decorated and spacious. Beds were good, kitchen very well equipped and nice seating outside on two sides of the house is pleasant. Two restaurants in the village walking distance is also nice."

"Unfortunately, I received a cancellation notice at the last minute, which caused me great inconvenience as it was the time of the fair and the hotels were full. We were travelling on business and were left without a hotel to sleep in, and the host was very unpleasant as he didn't even bother to speak to us or try to help us."

"We had such a lovely time in this beautiful home. The hosts were incredibly generous in providing us with insect repellant and bite away. The garden and neighborhood and surrounding forrest was beautiful and peaceful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back if we are ever in the area!"

"Das Haus ist Super, der Check-in sowie check-out absolut problemlos. Man wird über alles aufgeklärt, zum nächsten Rewe sind's ca. 10 Minuten. Man hat komplett seine Ruhe, im Haus befindet sich alles was man braucht, alles super. Sehr nette Besitzer und bis nach Köln ist es auch MAXIMAL eine Fahrt von 45/50 Minuten. "

"Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in einem schönen Garten. Vom Sofa im Wohnzimmer hat man einen wunderbaren Blick in die Natur. Gummersbach mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist schnell zu erreichen und vom Haus lädt ein Weg direkt zum Spaziergang ein."

"In der Küche fehlten Türen am Schrank, die äußere Glasscheibe am Backofen fehlt. Der Gerschirrspühler lief noch mit Geschirr der Vorherigen Mieter. Die Stühle waren nicht die auf dem Foto sondern alte unbequeme Stühle.Leider gab es keine Vorhänge für das Schlafzimmer unten, die ganze Nacht schien die Straßen Laterne ins Zimmer. "

"Vacation home was fine. Bit too many warnings/notifications printed on paper and attached to the wall: - Keep toilet clean - Keep door closed - Etc. Just having a booklet with these kinds of instructions would have felt a bit more friendly. In addition, there was no coffee table. For the rest: clean, tidy and spacious. Good!"

"Pros: Das Haus ist sehr gross und sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat sogar einige Lebensmittel bereit gestellt, falls man spät ankommt und nicht mehr einkaufen kann. Die Check-in und Check-out Zeiten waren sehr flexibel. Cons: Meine beim Check-in gestellte Frage zur Ankunftszeit wurde erst nach 2 Tagen beantwortet, was aber letztlich kein Problem war, da die Antwort doch noch vor unserer Abreise zuhause kam."
