"Excellent stay. I would like to rent a room here again. It may look like it's far from the tourist areas of Tokyo, but the nearby Tsukuba Express makes it easy to get around. The staff were wonderful and there's plenty of eating options nearby. 5 stars for sure."

"we had a pleasant stay esp for going Disney. theme park shuttle service perfect. friendly hotel staff and good service buffet breakfast very good, housekeeping good hotel area quiet and safe, walkable to JR and Aeon. definitely will stay here again "

"Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Nice to have food options onsite and 24/7 convenience. I would suggest not doing laundry here. The laundry room was quite dirty (from the lint)/humid (poor ventilation). The washer was fine in terms of cleaning. It was mainly the dryer where even with cleaning out the lint filter (which didn’t look like it’s been clean for a while) took forever to dry the clothes. Probably because of the poor ventilation. I ended up putting in 2200Y per load (load was will below max)"

We will stay here again.

"The shuttle bus from Narita Airport to the hotel was very easy, check-in was smooth (although finding the elevator to floor 10 and higher was tough), and the room was spacious and comfortable. The convenience store has the basics. The restaurant has an Italian buffet at dinner, which looked delicious but we were too tired after our flight from the US East Coast (with a layover in Canada) to eat that type of meal. "

"This hotel was absolutely ideal for our two-night stay in Tokyo! The location is amazing -- right in the center of Asakusa, which is one of the most fascinating and historically rich districts in all of Tokyo. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean and inviting, and the price was extremely reasonable, considering its location in a world-class city of this caliber!"
