Kick back and relax in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath tranquil home in a very quiet neighborhood just minutes from several gulf beaches and restaurants. Enjoy the spacious pool area with outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and more.
Guests will enjoy the Margaritaville frozen concoction machine for slushy drinks for adults and kids alike.

Guests have access to the entire property, minus the shed in the backyard.
Other things to note
We do yet have a fence installed, so while pets are welcome, you must keep them on a leash while outside of the house or lanai for their safety.
