Our Villa located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood just short drive from Englewood Beach(10 min), restaurants and supermarkets(4 min). The spacious outdoor space with the salt water heated pool has a screened lanai with patio set & dinning tableCome in&relax in this calm, stylish space. You will love the privacy and comfortable beds, vibrant atmosphere & the serenity of this home. Equipped with high speed internet & a dedicated office space. The house is nested in a beautiful, quiet but friendly neighborhood. Relax cool off in the salt water heated pool, watch a show (Neflex). TV & games. Beach chairs/toys for your use.
A pool safety fence has been installed for children but is easily removed by/for adults. Pool has pre-programmed lighting system with multiple color effects.
The open floor plan and split bedroom design offers space and privacy for family and guests. All rooms has lighting and ceiling fans including lanai dining and patio areas. Large pull-down shades and privacy lattice screens on the lanai along with a 6 ft. vinyl privacy fence (running along the entire southern border of the property) provides extra privacy at the pool. And yes, you read it right, this is a true southern-exposure Florida home! Great for swimming any time of the day.
Quiet & secure neighborhood 18 min to Warm Mineral Springs,
8 min to the big Dever Regional Park. Look for shark teeth at Sharky's or go bird-watching at the Rookery. Activities are endless & memories will be unforgettable.
Please be aware we have security cameras installed by the main entrance and surrounding area outside of the house as well as a pool area.

Spacious home. Convenient location

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this spacious home. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for six adults to spread out. The heated pool was wonderful and got a lot of use. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Venice, Sarasota, beaches, biking and so much more.
