"My husband and I spent 40 nights at this cottage. We had an overall good experience. This quaint old place was clean with the exception of a few ants. The appliances, including air conditioning (and heat) all worked. The unit had some broken blinds in the smaller bedroom. I mentioned this via text to our host Allen when we first arrived. "This is a great little condo that is updated and clean. The amenities were great, including kayaks, bikes, outdoor shower, tons of beach gear. The owner left several sweet touches including snacks, wine, beer, and toiletries. Beach access was about a 5 minute walk, and came right out at the best shark tooth hunting area. We really enjoyed our stay and will visit again."
