"My wife and I recently spent 14 days on Manasota key and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was plenty big enough with a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom. There is a second good size bedroom and a small second bathroom. The unit is on the second floor so have to bring your luggage up a flight of stairs We cooked a lot of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances look pretty new. "Pretty much as advertised. Very nice and spacious rooms, easy access to the beach, even for old timers like us. Restaurants were just a short drive, even those off the island."

"Initially we started out at this unit but had some issues with plumbing , the owner graciously moved us to another Condo located elsewhere bc he couldn’t get a plumber for a few days, we was very happy with where we were but equally happy where we wound up. The owner was very willing to make our stay enjoyable and it was. So my five stars are for both places, I’d definitely rent again "

The location was FABULOUS... this condo is only one of four that face the gulf... what a view!!!, the balcony is safe for little ones, there is a small room for a pac n play so that our one year old could sleep peacefully, all the beach gear one would possibly need is provided. There are a fair amount of pots and pans. Although, they could use a refresh. I can't say enough about the kindness of the residents. So very friendly...
