"Extremely disappointing! I had asked for a quiet room and they gave me one with an adjoining door to the room next to it, and even though the door was closed, i could hear everything in the other room! People talking, coughing through the night, using the toilet, EVERYTHING! It was like staying at a hostel (a very expensive hostel) and sharing a room with strangers. Just unacceptable!"

"Room was clean and modern but very small and if your expecting a King size Bef forget it the say king size but it’s only like a double bed that was dissapointing "

"Room was very comfortable, with air conditioning that actually worked! Breakfast was good value; normal price being £15 special offer for £10. Check in was very good, owing to sufficient, helpful staff being on duty."

"The room itself is fine, but there's 2 extremely loud extractor fans that don't turn off so its nearly impossible to actually sleep. There's also only a coffee pod machine in the room, tea is only availabile in the refreshments room for £2.90. They don't have keycards, only provide links to to your phone to unlock doors, which is fine but you can't actually get through the main door without one, so if you haven't set it up before arrival you need to press the call button (which noone seems to answer) so you get stuck outside. Staff are friendly once you actually find them. It's such a shame, beacuse it could of been a lovely stay if you can actually sleep."

"Didn't sleep very well, room temperature was very hard to maintain at a comfortable level, water glasses on table in level 1 restaraunt were dirty althought the food for dinner and breakfast was very very good."

"Comfortable room, staff friendly at check in/out. Good range at breakfast. There was always a very long queue for the lift to and from the car park so ended up using stairs with luggage."
