"The property is very convenient to the train station and Old Town, tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. With that being said, be prepared to hear trains all night. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The hotel is well maintained, and rooms are very clean, although not spacious, only one night stand with little to no counter space in the bathroom. We had an early departure so we missed the timing of the free breakfast and there was no grab and go available, so that would be nice if they could offer their early departure guests something since the price includes breakfast. All in all, very nice hotel in a convenient location with amazing staff."

"Excellent hotel and resort, staff are nice but occasionally lost in translation. The hotel is somewhat isolated , good trip for get away from city life. The pool is spectacular , pricy but worth it. Would be better if they improved their food menu. Transportation is a problem from and to the hotel after hours."

"Boutique hotel, walking into town, be ready for steps. My 90 yr old father , who’s in shape did the steps but he had to breath on each platform. No air conditioning! Staff Badgin , Rad and taxi driver David were the best! Loved Lucerne!"

"The property was super close to the train station and to the chapel bridge. The fridge had a complementary selection of drinks. There was a relaxing reception area as you walked in."

"What an iconic place to stay. We loved every minute of it! The room was beautiful and the hotel bar was so lovely. The restaurant was the least awesome part…food was just slightly above average…it should get better to stay up to par with the restaurant of the property."

"Property was very nice, bed was good size, breakfast was excellent. Only limiting things were the elevator was small and no television reception. We weren’t there for tv so it didn’t effect a terrific visit."
