"Nice friendly small business style hotel in a quiet area of Barnett with both small off street parking area and on street parking with no restrictions. The downstairs area is a bijou bar area and all the rooms for accommodation are situated upstairs but there is no undue noise experienced from the bar area. The premises are tastefully decorated throughout and all rooms are modern with card entry, wifi facilities, large flat screen wall mounted TV's, safes, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. The ensuite area is modern with walk in shower and quality fittings. We used it as a base to visit a nearby event and ate on the nearby Barnet High Street. It is handy for the M25 or to get the tube down to central London areas. We would stop at this hotel again , good value for money and an excellent cooked breakfast included."

"There was good transport outside the hotel via a bus and the tube was 10 min walk, there were also pubs and cafes 10 min walk away"

"It’s basic but it’s cheap and does what it should. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect stop for a business trip on a budget"

"Staff were friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. The nearest bus stop seemed a bit of a walk on busy roads, and cab prices varied, in particular Apollo cab charged more than others and the driver would only accept cash. Definitely worth staying if you have a car."

"Is a good place but those sheets I was hitching there in the night. I wouldn’t trust those sheets on the bed . Privacy zero it’s a hostel what you expect . Receptionist where great but the facilities look broken and hold it’s a fast and convenient place for just 1 night, if you spend more than that it becomes a depressive place . I don’t really know how people live there for months . "

"West Lodge is a beautiful property. It is quaint. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Everything is clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great food choices and plenty of options."

"I arrived having had difficulty finding the property and was met by a incredibly helpful receptionist who bent over to make me feel welcome. I could not fault anything about my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean functional no frills place to stay in the area. I’ll be back when working in the area which I will be in 4 weeks time. "
