"Property located central to all of the attractions we went to. Very cosy and comfortable with a big yard for our dog to run around and explore! Walking distance to some of the local eatery/pubs and a small driving distance to the shopping district. Would stay again and totally recommend property!"

"A stunningly renovated heritage cottage that was cold and unfortunately uncomfortable. The lounge is too low and extremely difficult for older people to get out of. Mattress hard and pillows even harder. A beep continually sounded…non stop. The property was not pet friendly as all the gates were at least 8 to 10inches off the ground, allowing little dogs to climb under and run out onto a busy road. "Our family spent 2 nights in Regina’s home, it was clean, comfortable well equipped with linen, towels. The kitchen is spacious, modern plenty of room for our family of six. The bathroom has heating lights, hair dryer and a 2nd toilet downstairs next to laundry room. Wifi was a treat for the kids, home is located along a side driveway with secure carport area for your car, we had read the address wrong somehow ended up two doors down but we msg Regina she was quick to respond and help, great...

"2a Cardigan has all the comforts of home plus electric blankets! Our stay in winter is has been so cozy with an open fireplace (gas) in the main living and air conditioning throughout the bedrooms (we haven’t needed to use these). Its close to loads of great cafes and restaurants and just a short drive to Ballarat and close to grocery shops if you prefer not to cook. We have really enjoyed our stay, we can’t fault it."

Short drive to tourist attractions and in a quiet setting for a restful night’s sleep. Good off leash dog park also a short drive away. Met all of our needs for a week-long stay."

"Beautiful cosy home in a wonderful location, or distance from lots of great attractions with the kids, such as parks and the pub around the corner had an indoor playground which kept the kids entertained while we had dinners. There is also shops at the end of the street too which was a massive bonus. Perfect spot - would highly recommend"
