"Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! "

"The property is incredibly well located, just a few steps from the Farringdon station which could be easily reached from anywhere in central London in about 15 minutes or so, the area is very walkable and there are many good options to have breakfast, lunch or even a fancy dinner. The apartment definitively needs work, the coach is ripped and cover with blankets to "disguise" the ripped area. There is a broken mirror in the living room (I assume that was hanged somewhere in the apartment, but...

"Excellent location for walking, shopping and public transportation. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The home was spacious enough for my wife and two teenagers. Everything we needed was provided. And the owner was in contact with us regarding our needs for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property."

"Oldie worldie country cottage. Comfotable beds and plenty of towels and other toiletries etc. Everything you needed was there. Wifi and TV good reception. Lovely exterior view over field with horses, deer and plenty of birdlife. If you have more than one car parking may be an issue."

Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. "The location of the property was as expected with the furniture clean. The description did not mention parking or assistance with this so it was annoying to find out that you can park outside on the single yellow during certain times - neighbours park there though knowing it is a rental. Our biggest disappointment was the kitchen which was not fully equipped. No microwave, toaster, tea towels, oven dishes, frying pan, chopping board, standard utensils etc. We planned on having Christmas lunch...

"We loved Lychgate's location next to the church, churchyard and open green. The tower bells, village activities, friendly neighbors walking dogs and strolling babies charmed us. The house is all we had hoped for: comfortable & well supplied kitchen, gorgeous bath & laundry, and dreamy king-sized bed. Everything we needed was near at hand: grocery store, Post Office, museum, various restaurants and shops. We loved our week in Waltham Abbey! Thank you, Marie."

"I would stay here once again if I returned to London! The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy overall. The breakfast cafe had good options for what I needed/wanted. The location was also convenient. You are not far walking distance from the London Bridge underground station. Along the walk you will also find dining options and pubs. No complaints at all! "
