"The kids had an absolute blast with the pool and water slide, its location is perfect with the super store across the street and many many restaurants with in walking distance. The only down side is, the cleanliness, it is clean but there was hair in the sink and gum pressed under the nightstand table. Also the housekeeper came in our room early morning then apologized for coming in the wrong room. Other than those 2 issues, they stay was great, and what you would expect from a Canadian hotel."

"Only one towel given and no facecloths or bath mat, no cups, and breakfast was offered as only old bread for toast and rotten apples . Out of coffee. We asked for more towels as. t 9pm they said in the dryer . We got two more but lady next door had none so offered her one . Her shower and toilet did not work so had to leave "

"One night on way to Banff. Referred by friends. Loved it. Dinner and breakfast at 1905 - both were wonderful. Helpful staff. Beautiful location. Will recommend to others and will stay if ever this way again"

"Easy & clear instructions for room access after front desk hours. Staff were friendly & helpful. The attached Grand Cafe was our favorite Silver Star eatery! The front desk hours were variable & not what was posted on the website. It would be helpful if the hours were posted at the front desk. "
