"Good location, easy no stairs access to apartment for people with ailments. Car parking directly in front of access door. Pool and bbq area access down one level of stairs. 5 minute drive to city centre and restaurants. Middleton beach a must visit for swimming. Agent very friendly and helpful. No parties or noise after 10pm. We had a wonderful stay. "

"The size was big enough for 2 families to enjoy easily with enough space to escape the crummy weather. The house was clean and heating worked well. Furniture was an eclectic mix and bedding was atrocious. Mattresses are generally old, several of them are bowed, and you can feel springs through them. Would not comfortably sleep 13 as advertised, could possibly manage 12. Fridge wasn’t working, initially wouldn’t cool then, after a service person repaired it, it froze EVERYTHING. Other...

"Check in process easy & flexible. Kitchen well equipped, spa lovely & good aesthetics/quality furniture. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & provided amenities were appreciated. The only notes I would advise for future guests that downstairs is a bit cooler & no aircon/heater so bring some blankets. The driveway is steep so accessibility may be an issue for some. "

"We enjoyed our week in Encounter Bay. We were pleasantly surprised by some of the extras supplied in this house. Whilst the house was mostly well equipped the stove/oven was quite slow and with only 1 rack in the oven cooking for our group of 9 took a long time. All the rooms were quite small compared to other houses we have stayed in for similar price. Thankfully the weather was great and we were out a lot so it didn't matter too much. Overall a great experience."
