Relax Unwind and Recharge

Wonderful elevated holiday home within a short drive to the beautiful foreshore where you can walk along the track taking in the sea air.

Open plan living, dine and kitchen areas. Fully self contained kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Flat screen TV, DVD player, R/C air conditioner, ceiling fan.

Main bedroom with queen bed and flat screen TV. Access to the two way bathroom which consists of bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet. 2nd bedroom with double bed. 3rd bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 single.

Laundry with top loader washing machine and 2nd toilet. Separate children's play room or sitting area with flat screen TV, DVD and ceiling fan.

Large entertaining deck, outdoor dining setting, enclosed for the safety of children. Intimate deck for two off the master bedroom, coffee setting. Landscaped front garden with large lawn and play area at rear.

Please note this property has a rustic and vintage charm, with some areas showing signs of age. If you are seeking a modern property, this may not meet your expectations.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.

Absolutely lovely. Stayed during the wetter season and had to stay in, but I was quite happy to. House had everything I needed to keep me happy, warm and entertained.

Great Location, Great Price!

The property was well appointed, clean , comfortable - just what we needed for a break. Morning song from two magpies was welcomed almost daily. The location made it easy to get to places on the South Coast and Fleurieu Peninsula, from Cape Jervis to Goolwa and everything between. Highly recommended! Will come again.

lovely house with great views

Spacious house, well maintained. Open ed kitchen with everything you need. Views on the sea and Victor harbor thanks to big windows in the living room Walk possible to the sea as there are short cuts between houses. Large table on the balcony for meals.

Very holiday oriented. Enjoyed the stay. Managed to park the boat under the house with canopy lowered. (mm to spare!! ;) ) Keys to open windows would have been nice. Particularly bathroom window. Be aware that getting goods in and out of the house involves climbing a full flight of outside stairs. Not a bad view over some of the harbour.

Perfect family getaway!

Had a fantastic time on our stay nice and neat and tidy and great backyard and layout for kids! The playroom with tv kept everyone happy in the morning when the kids woke up at 6:30am we were able to have a sleep in! The only think missing were simple courtesy things that travelers don't normally need to provide such as a tea towel and a bath Mat.

The property is very nice and look out to ocean is beautiful, but there is not hot water enough, we suffered from this issue. We stayed two days without enough hot water and we could not take shower. I will not come again to this property in future if they do not fix up the heater of water. Rawaf

But easy 1 min drive to lovely beachside bike track to Victor. This pet friendly property isn't fully fenced, but small decking is enclosed. Would visit again in the future....
