"There are NO OTHER hotels like this one. Victorian style with modern comfort and convenience, this property is a unique experience. We had the Premium suite with balcony and fireplace. At over 600sft it felt like having an apartement (my wife's comment). What a great stay!"

"It was located close to everything. Yeah the rooms were small but they were clean. If it’s just one or two people and you plan on exploring the city then it’s perfect. If you have kids and plan to stay in a lot then prob not. There is a club next door but it wasn’t bad at all. After a day of the beach and zoo and everything I barely even noticed AND I stepped out to buy one of their hotdogs on the corner at 2am. Not to mention the restaurant right next door…great breakfast."

"Omg- this hotel has such a unique vibe. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. It started w our uber driver.. who said you’re gonna love it… he was so right. Checkin is also a coffee bar (try the espresso tonic). The room is … small but exotic. I was worried the bed was too soft for us… but we both slept amazingly. There is a 24h diner - HUGE portions. Just… try it… we have kind of decided this is our hotel for San Diego visits from now on… ps our check in staff (evening shift) - over the top awesome. "
