"This hotel was a charming little place in Tuscany. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped. Rooms were big with comfortable beds and modern. In Tuscany, mosquitoes are a thing but our apartment had mosquitoes plugs in each room. There was a shared laundry we could use. The outdoor pool was great with a lovely view, parking was free, reception staff were nice and buffet breakfast was delicious every morning. An amazing place to stay!"

"We loved staying in this ancient apartment! We ended up spending 5 weeks living here. The master bedroom at the top was our favorite!! The kitchen was great, the downstairs shower had fantastic water pressure, the neighborhood was beautiful, the neighbors were quiet, we felt safe, and we really were impressed by the fabulous communication we had with the hosts before and during our stay. They were simply lovely."

And the views… wow. Every morning we’d sit outside with a coffee and just take it all in – rolling hills, vineyards, that golden Tuscan light. It was genuinely breathtaking.We were lucky with the weather too – sunshine every day – and we made the most of it, visiting nearby towns, relaxing in the garden, and eating far too much. The hosts restaurant recommendations were absolutely spot on. Every place we tried was delicious, full of character, and exactly the kind of local gems we were hoping for.It was the kind of holiday that leaves you feeling lighter and happier – couldn’t recommend it more - we just needed an extra week there!"

"Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host."
