"Me and my daughters stayed in room 2094 last night. I booked a room online and when we got there, we had to carry all of our bags up two flights of stairs which was not really a problem. But I had talked to the guy that was working at the front desk/ check- in twice about the room and the condition of it. That room had bedbugs and blood slots from them on the corners of the sheets and in the lampshade. We felt them last night and the air conditioner wasn’t working until about 4 AM when it kicked...

"The hotel itself was nice. Unfortunately, while we were there, EVERYTHING was either broken or under construction. The swimming pool is being renovated. It's been under construction for a year. The workout facility is ALSO under construction. The ice machine is GONE! You have to go to the front desk to ask for ice. They were working on the roof when we were staying there so there was constant workers in the parking lot. Now, here is the POSITIVES. The workers were AWESOME! They can't control...

"Hotel is very convenient for visitors. I’ve stayed here for years, however the decline in the cleanliness of the rooms has drastically declined. Maybe they should go back to daily cleaning. Our shower was moldy, corners and along the walls everywhere needed a deep cleaning. On a good note- the convenience of places to eat and drink is good with more coming soon"

"The cabin was so cute and quaint. The amenities they provided was such a bonus- firewood bundles, fire starter, fire poker, snacks, water, kitchen amenities and so much more! The staff was very communicative and helpful! It was a great couples getaway!"
