"We enjoyed sitting on the front porch of this lazy little country town. We did not realize it had more than one unit until after we finalized the reservation but luckily only one other unit had occupants, the last night. We walked to Damascus Old Mill for dinner (yummy-table over the river) and Blue Blazes bike rental is directly across the street if you are riding the Creeper Trail. We would go back again. "

"Great property with lots of extra parking and use of the garage. Small drain issue in the main bath. Pictures are good representations of the house. Would return if we go back to Abingdon VA. "

"Stayed here for a few days with family. Lots of space for everyone and a large kitchen with everything you need for prepping meals. Kids enjoyed the creek amd lots of space to run outside. Only issue was quite a bit of leaky plumbing, but nothing that would stop us from staying again. Landlord was also extremely attentive with any issues. Would definately recommend kt."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Lakehouse, the open concept to the family room allowed us to spend time together inside and on the porch. The entire family had a blast fishing and swimming. Eric was responsive and so welcoming. Plenty of towels for everyone, plenty of fridge space between the kitchen and garage,washer and dryer available to wash as you go.Thank you so much for the great visit."

We loved having our morning coffee rocking on the wrap around porch watching the sunrise – the view was breathtaking.
