Our apartment is located south, away from any road where you can comfortably enjoy the evening in the summer on the terrace, in the winter there is a cozy fireplace for a romantic evening. The Family Lussman are wonderful and made our stay very special. Their holiday apartment is finely furnished and you will not be lacking anything during your visit. This owner and property truly deserve a 5-star rating. If you have the chance to visit this beautiful area of Switzerland, the lovely town of Emmetten and this fantastic apartment, take it!

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and well appointed with everything necessary for cooking meals and the convenience of on-site laundry. We enjoyed the easy access by public transit and were able to visit many of the surrounding towns. The Volg grocery store across the parking lot is very convenient for fresh bread and essentials. Our kids also loved the pool!

We had a lovely holiday at this apartment. It was spacious, had a very large terrace with a view of the mountain and a great shower in the bathroom. We could use the swimming pool which was very well maintained and quiet (I was usually the only person there) and we also used the tennis court every day.The underground parking was useful to us and there were also post-buses connecting the town with other places. There was a shop selling food opposite the apartment. Emmetten is a good location, with lots of well signposted walks.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Rene's very clean and tidy apartment in Emmetten. The weather was perfect which allowed us to use the tennis court and go for long walks around the area. Lucerne is only 30 minutes away by car, an easy drive into the city center which we did twice. The roads around the area are narrow and there are some lovely drives providing outstanding views of Lake Lucerne. There a few cable cars nearby and a parasailing business offering tourist rides. We enjoyed watching the many parasailers every day flying over the apartment. What is not shown in the pictures is the wall to wall windows in the living room and bedroom making the apartment very bright. The patio is huge and we had dinner outside every night. The kitchen is small but functional and the room divider shelves provide lots of storage. The washer and dryer are in the basement and easy to use if needed. There is a small grocery store across the parking lot for necessary items, however there is a large Co-Op and Migros in Buochs, only 5 minutes away. Rene was very responsive both before and during our time in Emmetten and we highly recommend staying at his apartment. Thank you for everything Rene, it was a pleasure to meet you and your family. Schön eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, besonders toll fanden wir, dass es ein Fondueset für Käsefondue gab.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Toll war die kostenlose Nutzung der unterschiedlichen Sportanlagen am Haus. Sehr saubere Wohnung, ein Toaster, der eigentlich als Ausstattung hätte vorhanden sein sollen, wurde umgehend nachgeliefert.

Alles hat gepasst, tolle, saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung in zentralem Objekt inklusive Sauna, Hallenbad und Kraftraum. Fühlten uns dank der sehr netten Vermieter wie zu Hause. Volg, Restaurants, Bus und Talstation innerhalb weniger Meter. Einfach Top!

Alles wunderbar - wenn man auf hohem Niveau einen Verbesserungsvorschlag machen wollte, dann der, dass in der Küche ein Reibe, Kochlöffel, Salatbesteck und vielleicht Biergläser nett wären. Mag sein, dass der Vermieter aber genau mit solchen Sachen negative Erfahrungen gemacht hat… es war alles tipptopp 👍

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, gut eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht, sehr sehr sauber, es gibt frische saubere Bettwäsche, Handtücher, unten im Erdgeschoss ein Swimmingpool mit Sauna was wir jeden Tag genutzt haben, ich kann die Ferienwohnung zu 1000 % empfehlen. Wir werden sie definitiv noch einmal buchen

Gutes Apartment - gute Betten, schönes Badezimmer, kochen möglich, hervorragendem WLAN, Tiefgaragenplatz für das Auto, Schwimmbad und Sauna im Gebäudekomplex, schöner Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse. Uns gefällt auch die gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Volg-Supermarkt, die direkte Anbindung an Seilbahnen zur Stockhütte und zum Niederbauen und an den Bus nach Seelisberg und Beckenried. Wir nutzen den Urlaub für ausgedehnte Wanderungen, einige Fahrradtouren mit Startpunkt Beckenried und Baden im See. Emmetten ist ein sehr ruhiger Urlaubsort einigen guten Restaurants am Ort.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen Gegend und in der gepflegten Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der große Balkon und die bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten sind besonders zu erwähnen. Sehr modernes Bad, Tiefgaragenplatz und Hallenbadnutzung runden das Ganze ab. Vermieter sehr nett, flexibel und jederzeit erreichbar.

Con mio marito ho appena trascorso due settimane in questo appartamento spazioso pulito ben posizionato arredato con gusto fedele alle foto in internet. In cucina c’è tutto ciò che serve ed anche di più. Il divano comodo come quello di casa. Il bagno ha una doccia eccezionale. Il letto molto buono con materasso matrimoniale e la biancheria di buona qualità. Ci siamo goduti il grande e soleggiato terrazzo arredato con tavolo sedie salotto e lettini prendisole. Inoltre la comodità del parcheggio privato sotterraneo con accesso diretto con ascensore al piano. Non posso dire nulla della piscina sauna e palestra perché noi non ne abbiamo usufruito in quanto essendo il tempo molto bello abbiamo preferito stare all’aperto. Nel palazzo di fronte c’è un negozio di alimentari fornito. Emmetten è un piccolo e tranquillo paese di montagna a 20 minuti da Lucerna ed a un’ora da Zurigo ed essendo posizionato vicino all’ingresso autostradale comodo per qualsiasi destinazione inoltre in questa zona vi sono punti panoramici fantastici. Il signor Rene è stato molto gentile accogliente e preciso. Se avete in programma una vacanza in questa zona questo è sicuramente un appartamento da scegliere! Sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Lage top. Einkaufsladen direkt nebenan und jeden Tag geöffnet. Gondel direkt über Einstellhalle erreichbar. Einstellhallenparkplatz, Skiraum, Waschküche mit Waschmaschiene und Trockner vorhanden! Schwimmbad super für die Kinder!
