"The house was beautiful, very clean, and in great shape. It is literally on the mountain side. We went with two small children and my parents, and there was space for everyone. We cooked all our meals on site, and all the amenities worked well. The bedrooms were all comfortable. WIFI internet was recently added, which was very helpful. The location is really beautiful, and as described is pretty secluded. We did two of the nearby trails - very beautiful walking trails, with waterfalls and...

"We just returned today from a 5-day stay at Siebenfelsen. The host family was very hospitable and generally welcoming. The house is immaculately clean and lovingly and thoughtfully decorated. The street the house is on a two lovely Gasthäuser within walking distance and is only a short drive away from the main village of Elzach, which is just gorgeous. We highly recommend staying here and would love to be back again in the future."

From the warm welcome, the tiny details that made the place special (christmas decorations, even christmas duvet covers), fully stocked kitchen. A really spacious yet cosy house. "Pros: The peacefulness, the nice host, location was near a station that could reach all different places Cons: The entrance door was stuck a lot of times. So it was a hassle to open and even close it from time to time. But everything was fine in the long run."
