"كل شي في الفندق ممتاز جداً بس فيه ملاحظة ملصق اتجاه القبلة لا تعتمدون عليه تاكد من اتجاه القبله بنفسك لان الملصق اللي كان بغرفتي باتجاه مختلف عن القبله ."

"We had an unforgettable stay at the Shangri-La Dubai. From arrival, the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and the Horizon Club upgrade made the experience even more special. The service was warm and attentive throughout, the room was comfortable, and the location made exploring the city easy. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We'll definitely be back!"

"Being directly connected to Dubai Mall makes this hotel an excellent choice for a convenient stay in Dubai. This is maybe my 5th time staying at Vida Dubai Mall and will keep on coming back. The staff have always been extremely helpful, very professional, while the amenities are top-notch and are always clean and well-maintained."

"You're in the middle of DIFC with all the restaurants and entertainment. You take the elevator to Cafe Belge and you're 2minutes walk to the main gate. The staff is very helpful. They went out of their way to direct me to specialized shops etc. The gym is excellent although a bit crowded in the morning."
