"Breakfast wasn't memorable but adequate. Disappointed in the food and prices at Blu. Never bothered to eat at the other one because Blu was so underwhelming. Location is nice, staff is great, property is well maintained. Sauna area is too small. Parking was very frustrating as there is very little by the door in the front lot and the only other options are further up and down steep grades"

"The hotel staff were extremely professional and accommodating. The room was comfy for an overnight stay. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, there was very little available especially hot,maybe we could have asked but the kitchen staff were not very approachable. We also asked to order a takeaway pizza from the hotels adjacent menu,we were given a menu then after 10 minutes of no further service gave in."

"The room was great. All beds was comfortable except one. The breakfast was excellent. The staff in the breakfast area was extremely nice!! However, apparently don't get many English speaking people. I speak very little German, but I tried. Check in was a little rude. **Please note the restaurant attached to not part of the hotel. We got there around 7 pm and decided to just to eat there instead of going elsewhere, the host was rude, told us we had to have reservations. He did find us a table, there were several. But we saw others just seat themselves in the outside area. The waitress was extremely nice though."

"Hotel itself is a bit tired and needs a bit of an upgrade but still quite comfortable. Comfy bed, free wi-fi and mini bar. Lovely, helpful and friendly stuff... spoke English well. Free parking in the underground below hotel. Overall very enjoyable stay. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on it."
