Sound of the Sea is an oceanfront condo complex with two outdoor swimming pools (closed off-season), clubhouse and tennis courts! Easy ocean access from all condos. Walk to restaurants, shopping and more! Gated community. Sorry, no pets. High Speed Internet Access Provided!. High Speed Internet does not mean this home is equipped with Wireless Internet. Please bring Ethernet cable to access internet at this property.

205 North Sound of the Sea is a second floor 2 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath condo with good ocean views. Living area. Dining area. Half Bath, Kitchen/Bar area with microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom #1 with King Bed. Full Bath. Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed and Daybed.

Amenities Included: 2 Color Cable TVs, 1 Color TV (No Cable), DVD Player, Stereo/CD Player. Central heat & air. Stackable washer/dryer. Open & Covered decks with table, 4 chairs. This condo is kid-friendly port-a-crib, high chair, child locks, baby gate, children¡s books, toys, baby back pack carrier, baby monitors & more! Note: Please bring your own crib sheets, they are not provided with linen package.

No Smoking. No Pets.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes (2 cars max). Sound of the Sea does not have overflow parking. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

Reminder: The small complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.

Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay (Year-Round).

Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made (Weekly Stays Only).

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
