A-301 is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Third Floor condo located in the Oceanfront Building A. The condo has views from the covered balcony located off the Living Room. Covered deck with furniture is just off the Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen has a Garbage disposal, Oven, Keurig, Microwave & Dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, Full Bath TV and a covered deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and TV. Bedroom #3 has Twin/Double Bunk and TV. (bedrooms #2 and #3 share a bath). Central Heat & Air.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards. Trailers are not allowed.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, last minute or off-season only.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
