There is no fence between the home and the canal, so supervision is required for children


The canal is not safe for swimming

You’ll find the details that matter already here—coffee (both Keurig and drip), paper products, beach gear, and a clean, well-cared-for space—so you can arrive, settle in, and start enjoying your vacation right away. We focus on quality over quantity, creating a more comfortable, seamless experience from booking to check-out.

Booking Requirements & Policies

We require a rental agreement and valid photo ID within 48 hours of booking
Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay
All reservations follow our cancellation policy
Travel insurance is strongly recommended; refunds are not issued outside the cancellation policy
Travel insurance information will be provided after booking confirmation
Pets considered.
No parties or events; quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM
No smoking or vaping inside the home
A refundable damage deposit is required
