Located at the Point of Emerald Isle, Here Comes the Sun is ready for the 2025 beach rental season. Whether you choose to sit on the porches listening to the waves or watching the deer that ponder throughout the property daily, the home is filled with entertainment for adults and children.
The Point offers privacy to beachgoers with its large sandy beaches with plenty of space. Public beach access to the ocean is a short stroll away, approximately a 5-minute walk. Enjoy basking in the sun, fishing, or collecting seashells, The Point is an excellent beach for it.

Sleep up to 14 people in this 2077 sq foot home with two separate living quarters. Outdoor stairs to lower-level apartment.

The main level and top floor has:
Master bedroom (Q) with a full bathroom. TV w/ dvd player
Second bedroom with 2 full beds, full bathroom in the hallway.
Upstairs bedroom with 2 full beds, a full bathroom and outside deck. TV

On the ground floor is a separate apartment area with
Living area w/ sofa bed (Q) and TV
Dining area
Kitchen
Full bathroom
Master bedroom (Q)
Side bedroom (Twin bunk)
Laundry room with a washer and dryer
Note that the side bedroom and laundry room must be accessed through the master bedroom.

The garage has an extra refrigerator for whatever occasion it is needed.

No Pets Allowed.

Linens are be included with the booking automatically. The linens include bed sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included. The booking cost will be decreased by $175 if you wish to remove the linen service from the rental. Just let me know and I'll remove the charge.

This was a great vaction for our family, our kids had plenty of room. The owners are very responsive and accomodating. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach, which has 2 access points. The beach is a more laid back and spread out feeling to it. Everything you need is close by. Will stay here again!

The place had character, but the layout was a little awkward (smaller than expected common areas) and we had some cleanliness issues upon arrival that should never happen especially when the fees charged for cleaning and such are so high.

This is a great spot to avoid the beach traffic farther north. The walk to the beach shouldn't be a deterrent for anyone with a cart to pull chairs or beach gear. It's only about 100 yards from the beach access a block away.

The house was well stocked and was just as listed in the pictures. It had everything we needed and more. It was a super easy walk to a great beach! We did not mind all the stairs; we enjoyed some separation between the youth boys (downstairs) and girls (upstairs) - only thing to add is bring your own K-cups for coffee. Would definitely recommend

This property was extremely clean! The kitchen was well equipped. The separate downstairs apartment worked very well for our family who visited with babies. We loved the beautiful sunset view on the beach at The Point. We would highly recommend this property!!

The property is in a great neighborhood with excellent beach access within a short walk. The location enables guests to spend time on the Atlantic or go around the point and be on calm water. The house is well equipped with lots of beach items for guests to use during their stay. We had 10 adults, each of our children and their significant other and everyone had a great time.

Loved the decor, love the huge lot! Short walk to the Point and a short walk to beaches. Lots of deer grazing in the yard in the mornings and evenings— it was quite the sight!! We hope to book the house again for a week next summer.

This was our second stay at the property. It’s the perfect multi generational family getaway. Very short walk to the beach and amazing sunsets at The Point! Huge lot with lots of wildlife! Bike path close by. Amazing kitchen and great room with an adjoining screened in porch. Definitely planning to return again next summer!

We had a great time with three generations spending quality time together. The house was clean, well stocked with everything you need, and with plenty of room (4 bathrooms plus the outdoor shower)! We highly recommend this house. Its in a more quiet neighborhood within 7 min walk to a beautiful beach (2 beaches). Its by the bike path as well. The owner was super responsive and we had an amazing time. Thanks Jessica!

Everything was perfect, had some trouble with the middle floor bathroom door because it came off of the guiding rail by mistake. Besides that everything was perfect had a amazing trip in a wonderful location!
